It is important to keep the cracks in your driveway or parking lot filled so that water does not penetrate the base material. Filling in cracks also minimizes the chances of weeds and vegetation from popping through the surface. Untreated cracks will lead to larger cracks and potholes.
Our crack repair process involves scrubbing away the dirt from the surface using a carbon steel broom and then utilizing high pressure air to blow the cracks out. The cracks are then filled with rubberized asphalt crack filler. If you already have cracks in your driveway or parking lot, they should always be dealt with, prior to sealcoating.
